Delivery details are operational facts. Methods, rates and timings appear here only after their canonical source has been confirmed.
Availability and destination
A destination is serviceable only when the active delivery system accepts it. Product availability does not by itself confirm that delivery is available to every wilaya or address.
When delivery cannot be offered, LOFUS should explain that before accepting an order. This page does not create an exception to a carrier, access or serviceability restriction.
How the price is determined
A delivery charge may depend on destination, method and the operational price source in effect when an order is confirmed. A product price does not include a delivery charge unless the confirmed order summary expressly says so.
No delivery rate or free-delivery threshold is promised by this page while the pricing source is unconfigured.
Timing and exceptional delays
An estimate is not a guarantee unless applicable law or an accepted order states otherwise. Access restrictions, exceptional demand, weather, public events and carrier disruption can affect fulfilment. LOFUS should communicate a material issue through an official channel when one exists.
