A warranty review considers whether a product is non-conforming or has a defect covered by applicable law or an expressly offered commercial warranty. Proof of purchase and a description of when and how the issue appeared may be required.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized alteration and damage caused by incompatible equipment are not automatically manufacturing defects. No exclusion can override a mandatory legal right.

Keep the item and all relevant evidence. Contact LOFUS through the official channel when available, identify the order and follow the inspection instructions. A remedy is confirmed after review; it is not guaranteed by the initial request.
